• Have an experience working with microfinance institutions (MFIs, preferably banks or NGOs) in a supervisory or managerial position for at least 5 years.
  
  
• Have background in banking or finance.
  
  
• Have excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  
  
• Have excellent training and facilitation skills using adult learning methodologies.
  
  
• Preferably with Masters degree or equivalent academic background.
• Be willing to travel around the country and/or overseas for certain durations.
